Sleeping schedules – Discipline the sleep for better sleep



Sleeping disorders have become a common problem with most youths these days. Moreover the reasons revolve around the changing lifestyle. Lives have become busier than before, wherein working youths are compensating over their sleeps for fulfilling their aspirations and professional goals. What has adds oil to the fire is complete negligence towards diet, which adds to stress, major deterrent of sleep. For those individual working in shifts improper sleep schedules is the major reason of less sleep.

Human body and sleep cycle

Man is one of the loveliest creations of the nature. Every natural creation follows certain discipline and life cycle. An undisturbed cycle nurtures the existence of that creation. Similarly for human being what supports our life and survival is our sleep. Sleep helps the body to relax and rejuvenate for a new day. One needs to maintain a proper schedule or a sleep cycle for smooth functioning of the body. What will happen if the sun rises in the morning one day and afternoon the other day and at night the next day? Life will surely get hampered. Similarly complete the sleep cycles. follow the schedules so that body relaxes better. Researches have proved that the brain programs the body to sleep after every 18 to 17 hours. If this discipline is a followed sleepless nights will no more haunt you.

Proper sleep schedules

For person to lead a healthy life at least should have 6 to 8 hours of peaceful sleep. According to medical researches timings form 10 o’clock in the night to 6 o’clock in the morning are the best times for peaceful sleep. Thus for a better slumber, sleep during these hours. Follow a proper schedule if you are sleeping at 11 in the night follow this time every day. As the brain gets programmed to this time one easily falls asleep on the right times.
to maintain the schedule avoid having napes in between and making some other programs during your sleep time. Sleeping according to schedules can be difficult for the first week but after that as soon as the clock will strike 11 you would be into a deep sleep resting and rejuvenating.
