Most upcoming problems these days are the one related to sleep. More and more people are suffering of sleep disorder.

Sleep and sleep disorder

It has been since ages that theories are written about sleep and its disorder. Many think that the purpose of the sleep is rest and recovery from wear and tear of wakefulness. You simply cannot rule out this idea as it makes so much sense. Besides when one feels worn out completely without the sleep for even single day and better after sleep. However nobody is absolutely sure if, there is any repair of any other organ other than brain during sleep. During sleep the stimulus is the increase in the level of amino acid in the blood. Further cells synthesize amino acid to form protein. This process is termed as anabolism. This facilitates the physical test but that does not necessarily have to come from sleep, it can be general relaxation. But sleep during night time is no less than complete physical rest.

Dreams

There is a belief that humans go to sleep simply for the purpose of dreaming or having rapid eye movement sleep. Dreams are thought to be usually pleasing and entertaining. One dreams in the same way as thinks during wakefulness. Dreams are nothing but a combination of the previous days, thoughts and events. Interpretation of dreams can only be accomplished by knowing about these characteristic phenomena. Much of what is said about dream interpretation is nonsense, and the fantasy exists not only within the dream but also the dreamer. Dreams cannot be remembered unless one wakes up immediately. Dreams are probably meant to be forgotten because there is often a chance of having a bad dream. Bad dream puts you off the sleep and you endure temporary sleep disorder. While in the state of rapid eye movement the physic also tends to react to it. Humans often have increased heart beat and high pulse rate. As said above that it is amalgamation of thoughts in your mind for the last couple of days. Your mind thinks the same thoughts which you want it to think. So it is always advised to think better for better dreams.
